The same free app, now in the Microsoft Store for Windows 10 and 11. On a wide screen your lists and their details sit side by side, records show as tables you can sort, and the keyboard works the way you expect: Ctrl+N for a new pen, batch or recipe, Esc to go back.
Each device keeps its own farm records. To move them between your phone and your PC, export a backup in Settings › Data management and import it on the other device.
